We will send your audio and video files as soon as your session is complete using WeTransfer.  Your WeTransfer files are held for 60 days. After they, they will expire.

Yes, we have a studio engineer at every session. They will handle all the audio and video equipment, so you can focus on creating great content.

You can schedule your session online. From there, you can see what days and times are available and make changes to exisiting sessions..

Edited files are typically completed and delievered within 3-5 business days.

Here are some tips to give your guest in order to have the best possible quality.

– Use a microphone if possible.

– Use headphones.

– Be in a quiet room or space.

– Do not use a Bluetooth headset or speaker phone.

Our studio can be setup for 10 people on microphones.

Payment is due when your session is complete. You can pay online when booking your session or you can pay your studio engineer once the session is complete. 

We know things happen – and sometimes, it’s last minute! We do not charge any fees for any session canceled 2 hours before your scheduled time. Anything canceled within 2 hours or is marked as a no-show will be billed 100%.
